Starting Over - Day 1

I have found that I need to to recommit to my journey. Last August through December, I was all "gung ho" and invested in my weight loss and getting healthier. I am not sure what happened but I lost all motivation. Since Easter I have been suffering from vertigo. I am not sure what is causing it but after talking to my doctor it may be allergies but it may not be. I am feeling a bit better lately, I no longer get the spins for no reason when I lay down. If I stand too fast or look up I still get the dizziness. I hate feeling like I am drunk when I haven't had any alcohol. It too kills my motivation.

So today is a new day. I am going to start off with some yoga and then later today I will do my 10 minutes of exercise whether it be dancing around my house, running on the treadmill or a jessica smith video. 10 minutes a day, that isn't so hard. Baby steps so that I can get back up and running!
