So I decided to meal prep on Sunday for the week. I put together grab n go snacks, made some egg muffins, black bean salsa, and cooked lots of chicken and veggies. All I have to do is heat most things and eat. I think it's going to be super helpful. Just have to be prepared for the days I'm out of the office and have to eat out. Like yesterday I resorted to KFC. After logging everything I ate, I still stayed within my calorie range. So yay me! It's going to be a great week! Weighing on Friday.
