Enjoy the Process

I've been on this journey for a while, and in order for me to stay consistent and reach goals, I just had to give in and enjoy the process. I had to stop stressing about the end result and find the satisfaction from small daily habits that over time led to big time results.
I enjoy working out and eating well. I love the way I feel after I workout out. I exercise to relieve stress, and to feel good about myself. After a good workout I feel confident, sexy, strong and energized. I eat well because I don't like feeling bloated and tired. I like to make it through the day with focus and energy. I like feeling motivated and productive. Those feelings are what keep me on track. When I have a day I can't workout, or don't eat so well, those feeling are what help me bounce right back.
If you're having trouble staying consistent with your plan. Associate working out and eating well to positive, gratifying feelings rather than the tortuous things you have to do in order to get to a number on the scale.
