Spring anxiety

It took forever for spring to arrive - we still had snow on the ground only a few days ago. But it looks like our season has finally changed. The sunshine is a real treat. I'm glad to have put my huge puffy down coat back into hibernation.
But now I'm worried about transitioning to my warm weather wardrobe. I have essentially two sets of clothes: one for cold weather, and the rest for non-cold weather. There are short sleeves and cropped pants in the non-cold weather. And baring even that much skin is making me nervous.
It's ridiculous, because I work with many men in their 60s and some in their 70s, and I'm pretty sure none of them are concerned about how they look in shorts or t-shirts. And me? Well, I haven't been brave enough for shorts in public in over a decade. I need to learn to strut (shuffle?) around like a confident 70 year old guy!
