Its been too long!!

So, the last time I made a blog post here was a few months back.
I have lost nearly 40 pounds in 5 months, and in still going. Quite happily!
Last night I did a zumba ripped workout and my knees hurt bad today, I'm guessing it's a combination of shifting weather, the squats required in ripped, and possibly low electrolytes. Highly doubt it's potassium or sodium, maybe some magnesium. Idk.
Anyways.... I just wanted to post to encourage anyone starting out on a fitness journey to keep going..... you're seriously going to thank yourself in a few months and you're probably going to hit a few rough places before it gets good at all. But I strongly urge you to keep going..... it's worth it. And if you're one of those people who feels a little stuck..... KEEP GOING you'll get through this.....do not give up!
