Ambivalent Towards this Hard Road

Okay. I lost 6lbs on the military diet. Then started counting calories. I lost one more then gained 2. Why can't I just be too skinny....? I am excited to be on the road to weight loss again, yet, I am nervous. Tried to loose so many times and go thru this struggle with hunger and cravings and fail. I want to win this time. I want to have sweet victory.

    It seems Spark people emphasize exercising more than diet. It works for me. They don't promise magic but will be there with you every step of the way. They don't demand perfection just encourage persistence. Most weight loss programs accuse you of not trying if you don't lose of not following their diet.

    5 years ago I did the same thing and lost 10 lbs in about a year. I went from a size 24 to a size 8. Unfortunately I got busy and let myself gain the weight back over the years so now I get to start over....

    Snack grapefruit, snack anything 100 calories or less really, maybe v8 fusion juice. Dinner again anything 300 cal or less. If I want a treat after dinner it's a sorbet or 100 cal desert. I have lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks this way.

    I have tried so many diets and diet pills over the years and the only thing I have found that works for me is eating every 2 hours. I start out with fat free yogurt and coffee for breakfast, snack banana, lunch anything 300 cal or less
