Never Going To Quit

Tuesday, April 19, 2016

By definition, the word fail means to stop. As long as I haven't stopped, I have not failed. Even though people tell me I have. Even though that voice inside my own head relentlessly taunts me. I am just healing from back to back pneumonia, and I'm back at the gym, back walking the hills, back hiking the mountains. I'm back. So no. You are not a quitter as long as you keep trying. Remember that. You are in this for your lifetime. Don't give up. Don't give in. And don't give a beep what people think. Just hang on and hang in there and you'll make it.

This is me yesterday, still fat, but still going for it. You all inspire me! Thank you.

People who say it cannot be done should not interrupt those who are doing it. At first dreams seem impossible, then improbable, and eventually inevitable. Christopher Reeve. aka: the actor who play “Superman” after a horse accident left him

Don't listen to negative remarks. They generally come from negative or jealous people who don't have a clue to who you really are.
