April - One busy month!

Its funny how an entire month can fly by and you will be so wrapped up in everything you do to notice. That's been me this month.
I have mainly stayed on track with everything I am trying to accomplish. I fell off my water wagon but managed to pick myself up and get back on track and in this busyness, I have not been great with food. I have managed to stay in range for food and by no means, have even made bad choices, but my smoothies have fallen off the wagon, no where to be found. Threw it all I have managed to be responsible for my food so that in itself has been huge for me. I have begun to realize that in stress and in my go, go, go attitude, that I can handle my food issues of the past.
I have been nearly perfect in my workout routine only missing a session here and there but doing what I can deliberately trying to make up for the missed session. I have consistently made it to the gym 4-5 mornings a week all month for cardio, and then back to the gym 2-3 times in the evening for pilates. And I have now started upper body free weight training after pilates class for about 30 minutes before leaving the gym. I am not doing lower as of yet.. the cardio and pilates has that part of my body working hard enough for now.
So I feel like even with some hurdles, I am handling things well. Today I am back on track with food, smoothies and water and my aim this week is to make sure each happens each day and all school work the rest of my time. I need this next 2 weeks for catching up on classwork. I am one of those people that has a hard time focusing on classwork if my environment is not clean and tidy. It's a struggle I have yet to overcome. So usually my housework needs to happen before any class work begins. My house is nearly spotless and no kids until Friday so... I need to cram in as much as possible this week!
