Today I promise myself these things:
I will hydrate properly. (99 ounces according to my "plant nanny" app)
I will limit my treats to 2 small pieces of dark chocolate. (ok, I snacksidentally ate two timbits)
All meals will be portioned (no guesswork)
I will enjoy my run.
I will go to yoga.
