I meant to do this yesterday but I got sleepy. I literally fell asleep with my iPad in my hand. I woke up, barely, in time to get Roo from preschool.
Yesterday's goals were similar to Tuesday's:
I will hydrate properly. (99 ounces according to my "plant nanny" app)
I will limit my treats to 2 small pieces of dark chocolate.
All meals will be portioned (no guesswork)
I will enjoy my run.
I'm happy to say I met all my goals!
