Kicking it up a notch!

Hi! So on the food front, things are eh. Not great, not too horrible. My weight is staying right where it's been. But my favorite is my workout! I decided to up the resistance on my stepper yesterday, and then today I upped it again! There are a couple neat things about that.

First, I remember when I first started my workout that it was as hard to keep up to these songs on level 3 as it now is on level 5. I know I've been improving!

Second, I keep the resistance at 5 for the first half hour, then notch it down to 4. And I fly! It is so funny and weird! It makes me think of baseball players who warm up with the weight on their bat so it feels lighter when they're at the plate!

I love feeling my legs get stronger, and I'm looking forward to going on my trail up Point Mountain!
