Sing in the car

Singing exercises your heart, lungs, releases endorphins, making you feel good.
I ALWAYS sing in the car. I put on music, depending on my mood, and sing to songs. If I want to move I put on dance music. No matter what, I sing in the car.
I don't care who sees me. Likely I will never see them again, but I wouldn't care if I did. Having fun, finding joy, making the most out of every day, is your job.
Finding ways to have fun with your job is your responsibility. Making each day interesting, productive and fun is a great way to live.
Did you know that listening to music increases your brain capacity? It makes you move more, just by listening to the beat (I am not sure classical music fits in this...). Singing to music releases endorphins, just like exercise does. It makes you FEEL good.
Stop caring right now, what anyone thinks of you not only while you are driving, but any time. We need to believe in ourselves, no matter our weight, lead with confidence and strive for happiness.
Music makes us happy. Sing in the car.
