The parts make up the whole ~> Get enough sleep....delicious! ~ HALT ~ Exercise feels great! ~ Cooking well and creatively for myself feels beautiful!

Remember, the following are not emergencies:
* Hunger...instead : Prepare for it and savor it as a part of the ever changing wholeness of life.
* Boredom...instead: Get up and s t r e t c h ! Enjoy a delicious cucumber seltzer!
* Anger....instead: Go outside / go for a walk / s t r e t c h

Remember: Water and green tea are your friend!

Danger zones:
Late nights dancing or playing music in town: BRING WATER! Bring a snack!
Socializing with friends: Bring seltzer or kombucha plus a healthy snack!

Remember: I want to feel good in my mind and body! I enjoy eating well and moving with pleasure!
