Fitbit is make me unfit!

So I got a fitbit for Mother's day. I was so excited but I did not realized that I would have to log in everything into fitbit as well as Sparkpeople. I find myself doing double duty and not being on Spark as often as I should. On the Fitbit as you workout throughout the day you earn the ability to eat more calories and log them in, which makes it kind of hard to plan your food ahead. This has undermind my Spark process and I have not lost anything. Though I have managed to walk 10,000 steps a day at least 5 days a week I find I am more unhealthy because of trying to keep up with the fitbit and not following Spark as closely. I thought with the Fitbit I would be unstoppable. It would help me over my plateau/very slow weight loss that I have been suffering with over the past few months. So I think I will have to stop trying to use the fitbit and Spark in conjunction. I will us the fitbit to make sure I get in my steps and make sure I am pushing my heart rate while working out but that is it. I need to go back to planning my meals ahead because this planning as my day goals along is pushing me to the top of my calories range or over and I do not like it at all. Fitbit says it is okay because I walked my steps and I should have a crazy deficit but the scale is saying something else entirely. I have not gained but I have not lost.
So my goal for June will be
1- Lose 5 pounds
2- Plan my meals ahead
3- Drink my water
4- Walk 10 miles a week
5- Try to get the kids involved in fitness once to twice a week with me
6- Cut down on sweets and processed foods!
7- Work out harder and smarter!
