I'm failing. Miserably. My exercise is at the "going through the motions" level and my eating sucks rocks. I'm constantly over my ranges for everything and my CICO is so very rarely negative that I'm wondering why I don't weigh even more than I do. I'm attempting, feebly sometimes, to turn that around but the fact of the matter is, until people around me start caring about what they're doing, I just can't change my mindset. I tried.
I just need to make small changes. Right?
I've already mapped out breakfast and my first snack for tomorrow. I've tracked BodyPump so I have to go. My goal for before I go to bed is to plan/track the rest of tomorrow's food.
But first, a shower!!
