Thoughts...they creep up on you when you least expect it. "You're not good enough!" or "You'll never reach your goals!!" or "Why are you even bothering? You won't stick with it!!!"
I think the hardest part of the journey is allowing those thoughts to take a hold of you at night or in those early hours of the morning. One of the things I've found and am still learning, is that this is a process. There are no quick solutions. It takes time and LOTS of patience. When you do the work, you see the results. You don't do the work, you won't see the results. It's as simple as that.
And be gentle with yourself. Write down 3-5 positive affirmations and read them to yourself out loud daily. Watch how it changes your life!
