When a girl NEEDS a medium rare cheeseburger

Tuesday, June 14, 2016

Well I tracked my good Went to my weekly weigh in appointment. Got my jet fuel After working 10 hours today (1/2 of which I spent in and out of car & driving around phoenix chasing clients who have not come to group in 110 degree heat) I decided I wanted a medium rare cheeseburger and by God that's exactly what I had. The difference between today's cheeseburger and cheeseburgers from the past is that this one was made at home. Yeah yeah the beef was 80/20. So what! I squeezed as much fat out of it as I could. Yeah yeah I had mayo. So what! I measured it. Yeah yeah I had a bread product. So what! It was a gluten free flatout wrap. And yes, I had cheese! Cheddar cheese that I cut off the block myself. I stayed under my calories. I managed to stay active 88 minutes today. Walked close to 6k steps. Didn't go to the gym. But I got my jet fuel on board and I'm hoping tomorrow's energy is greater than I woke with this morning. Oy vey! Now to finish my book of Eragon. Good night peeps! Happy sparkin'!

Well a girl has to eat! I did better than the hubby. He's out of town on business and ate a 10" pizza and 8 wings all by himself. I'm winning! Lol!

Sounds great! I know I would be doomed on this journey if there was no more glorious burgers in my future! All things in moderation! Sounds like you got this handled !
