Not eating enough??

Rode my bike 10.1 avg. 8 mph in 72 min. VERY seldom, in the past...was I ever guilty of NOT eating enough, but lately I have been messing with my crazy schedule & have not been eating my meals at the same time every day. It seems to disrupt my food choices, as I tell myself oh it's OK to eat that, because you skipped breakfast or lunch...ANYway, that's all for now. Take care & have a good week...

    That's the big lesson I learned when I joined Sparkpeople and started logging everything I ate. I wasn't eating ENOUGH. My metabolism was at zero. I started having to look for more things to eat at the end of the day. Eating more and I started losing weight.

    always best to eat regularly skipping meals does lead to overeating

    Sometimes I have a busy day and don't eat enough and then when I do eat, I wolf down too much because my body thinks it's starving.
