Weigh In

So this morning I weighed 261. I have lost 21 pounds this year. My goal was to lose 5 pounds each month. So, I am 9 pounds behind that goal. I have been up and down this year but more consistent in the past month. I am still not exercising but I am active with house and yard work.

Beginning weight January 1. 282

Current weight Jul 1. 261

    Baby steps, just watch what you are eating and get plenty of water. Even with house work and yard work you can meet your monthly goal. Just think fresh foods, no processed foods you can't go wrong. Good luck to you😊
