No change in weight...frustrating

Weighted in this morning...I am still on the same weight where I started...1 week and I am getting anxious, need to lose 40lbs by October!! Now I am wondering what I am doing wrong. All I know is I am exercising, eating right and drinking water and have gotten self control over things I used to eat such as avoiding pizza at costco. Yesterday went to costco with friend and noticed that that one slice of pizza has whopping 760 calories. I am happy I avoided eating bad food but not happy with what I see this morning:(..any thoughts guys?? I need help please.
