It's been about 1.5 week I have been on SP. I have learned a lot and have also made few mistakes. What made today best so far? When I woke up this morning..I had only one thought in my mind that I need to make today perfect..and I guess I succeeded in that.
Today I had exactly what I wanted to eat for breakfast without getting any craving. Breakfast involved oatmeal and black tea followed by 3 egg whites, 10 black grapes and 1/4th cup of boiled pegeon peas after 2 hrs. Then had lunch with Asian noodles with major portion of stirr fried veggies. For afternoon snack I made my own protein shake with whey protein powder, 1% milk, 1 date and nestle instant coffee powder and it tasted yummy:) followed by dinner after 2.5hrs which included 13bean soup with veggies. After that I went for a walk with my son..I had already done exercise in the morning but evening walk took care of the bloating which I had due to coffee I had in the protein shake. Tomorrow I am going to avoid coffee in it and see if that helps me. Today I also drank lot of water about 2liters..which is so far max I have done. Hope this routine helps me lose weight soon..looks like I am on roll today:) dead tired now..goodnight everyone..need to buckle up my shoes for new day tomorrow!
