Day 3 of being strong

Hey everyone..I usually write my thoughts at night but today I felt I should write now. I am going strong on my exercise and diet..however today morning was not so cheerful when I saw my weight at the same place where it was before..but I thank SP friends for their motivation, suggestions and support. I am going to keep being strong and won't care about weighing myself till next Friday. Just had my lunch with nice Indian egg curry with chick peas in it to boost proteins and carrot pickle and 1 chapati:)
