Since you will sweat, you will also sweat out water soluble vitamins. Heat stroke is a killer. Please don't over do it. Local news station did a reminder on it again today. If it wasn't serious, they wouldn't be saying it as often as they are. They went from once a day, to every time they was on to at least twice every time.
I was able to get my 2 walks in today. I am loving to get training in for the walking marathon I want to be in. I never thought I would be able to do this. Or have a place to train.
Was hoping to get things in the mail I needed to take to the local college, but then again as its not as urgent since its been over 5 years since I've been in school (17 years), its not as needed as if a person right out some kind of school, even though they would prefer to have to see what my strengths and weakness' are. There is always tomorrow.
