Day 703 Wow when you really get into your exercise...

I woke up feeling pretty good. So I turned on the radio to 50's music and started dancing in my chair. I didn't realize that I had gotten into it really good until I synced my Misfit....It says I danced away 2242 steps. That burned a bunch of calories. It also explains why my shoulders, and left hip and right knee hurt so much this afternoon. I had a terrible time pulling myself up the stairs to my sewing room.
I did make it up to the sewing room and finished a row. I made so many mistakes but it does look sort of like the picture in the instructions just with a couple of extra seams.
But I got a sample of how to paper piece so I learned something new.
I even cooked myself 2 good meals today. I had baked chicken and mixed veggies for dinner. I even managed to not eat any potatoes or bread. And I still feel full. Sometimes I'm so hungry after a simple meal like that. But my mind is working right or my exercise this morning stayed with me all day.
