I have my account set up so that my calorie range moves according to the exercise I log. On the Start page, Edit Goals, Food. Then at the bottom of that page, it will tell you if your food tracker and exercise tracker are communicating, with a link to your account page. On that page, "How My Daily Calorie Range is Determined
Your Fitness Tracker is communicating fitness tracked (calories burned) with your Nutrition Tracker so that your daily calorie range adjusts based on how much you exercise."
It makes sense to me that I can offset what I ate by exercising more, and I just like to always win! 1404 days ago
