Get it together

This summer is going by so fast! I work from home and I've been busy all summer with my main client. Running my kids around makes it hard to get everything done. They're at camp a few hours, them in pick them up, feed them, and it's of to swim team at the pool.
The end result is status quo. I'm not gaining, but I'm not losing. I need to make time to eat, take my vitamins and do things for myself somehow. Tomorrow I would like to:
- drink more water and green tea
- take my vitamins
- make an omelet for lunch
- snack on an apple
- write what i eat as I go
- get a pedicure (maybe, very low priority)
I am writing this from my bed, because I'm not sleeping enough and I know that's contributing to feeling anxious, too. Tomorrow is a new day!
