Week 1~~~~
+ Exercise: 2 gym sessions, 1 outdoor run
+ Days tracked: 7/7
+ Revelation: I have been experimenting with fruit infused water- I love it! My favourite right now is mint, cucumber and lemon.
+ Outlook for next week: I will be away from home over the weekend. My goal is to keep up eating mostly healthy food and staying active.

It's been a week since I returned from two holidays that were pretty much back to back and was shocked by my weight on the scales. I knew I had put on some weight because my jeans felt a lot tighter but I had no idea it was that much. So out came my trusty old food scales and I have been tracking my food ever since. I have also dusted off my trainers and showed by face in the gym. I am happy to report a 4.2lbs loss during week 1. Here's to week 2!
