No Sugar Challenge Day 2

I am going to use the blog as public accountability for this challenge and see if it keeps me honest... mwhahahahahaha!

So starting today I'm going to keep journaling about when/where/and what I gave in to. I know already that my sugar cravings hit hardest mid-afternoon and after dinner.

What I did yesterday was gave in yesterday afternoon (had a chocolate mid-afternoon) and for "dessert" last night, I had 2 small, yellow plums, 1/3 cup wallaby plain nonfat greek yogurt and a TBS of a mixture of Kind and Jessica's granolas (both low sugar).

My plan for today: make a cup of cherries the mid-afternoon snack and heat fruit with some of the same yogurt for dessert tonight. I may still sprinkle some granola on it.
