No Sugar Challenge Day 3

Two days down!
Changes - my pain is decreasing and I have calmer energy. I'm taking more time to do things I enjoy.
Craving times yesterday were at lunch and after dinner. Did not stick to my original plan, but subbed things that were no/low sugar and that actually were what I wanted (ie. had blueberries at lunch, cherries at dinner).
Finding that if I focus on what will be best for me for breakfast that I feel really turbo-charged for the day. Trying to do a more Mediterranean-focused diet plan right now and my body is happy.
