Day 4 Tame Your Sugar Challenge and BLC 32 registration

So, my worst time yesterday was after dinner. I didn't have enough protein at dinner and I was meeting a student at a Starbucks. I thought about chocolate. They have a new 200 calorie drink there that appealed to me. They had mini chocolate bars 50 - 60 calories each. Finally, I decided on decaf espresso over ice and had my planned yogurt and blueberries at home later with a sprinkle of low sugar granola. Felt GOOD!
I can't get over how much better my body feels already. Now I just have to remember this!
On another note entirely, the BLC Challenge 32 is open for registration today. I can't tell you how much I've gained by being part os this supportive, wonderful team.
