Egg fast is done...results

After following the menu plan for the egg fast from ibreatheimhungry.com I am finally done!
The girl that does not like eggs has completed the challenge. I lost 6.5 lbs in 5 days. I was hoping for a 3-5 lb loss so I definitely exceeded my expectations.
For the most part I felt full and satisfied on the fast. I loved the snicker doodle crepes. The buffalo omelet was surprisingly good. But by day 5 I really was in overload. Just too many eggs.
My girls asked me if I would do it again... Yes but only for 3 days. By day 3 I had dropped 5 lbs. day five was really tough on me.
I had my bullet proof coffee this morning but I am going back to regular low carb eating today. I am not eating the follow up egg days. My choice. I am going out for lunch today. Spinach Salad w grilled chicken. I miss green leafy veggies. Tonight is shrimp scampi with zoodles.
