Making Goals and allowing myself to feel good

In my Daily Visualization on Spark Coach I was asked the following questions to which I want to answer honestly. Over time, it would be interesting to answer the same questions to see how much they have changed...or stayed the same. Either way, it will be a great learning experience and an opportunity for growth. The Visualization is as follows:
Close your eyes and imagine all of your goals laid out in front of you on a giant billboard. Why do you want to reach those goals so badly and how will they change your life? What choices should you make today to get you one step closer to those goals?
My goals are as follows: (these are just the goals I am think about today and can change with time and different needs.)
Lose weight
Improve confidence and self image
Reduce stress and anxiety
Work on scheduling and planning
Give myself time to relax
Today I am eating healthy and getting some movement in even though I am hurting today (physically and emotionally.) Movement always keeps my mind from dipping too low and I always feel better at the end of the day. I know it is the right choice for me.
I am also getting things done on my to do list which is a part of scheduling and planning. I am giving myself time to relax a bit today as well as my sciatica is painful and needs to rest to heal.
Balance is such a tough, but always doable thing. I am just going to keep putting one foot in front of the other and giving myself credit for each step I take. I am moving forward.
I am learning to allow myself to feel good. Feeling good isn't just physical, it's emotional. In fact that is a huge part of it for me. when I am stressed and anxious I stiffen up and just don't have my usual energy. So I am working on my physical and emotional as well as spiritual well being each a little at a time. They are all very important goals for me.
I am going to keep working at trying to believe I am worth it. I know as I make tangible goals and keep working at them, I will be empowered and constantly be moving in good direction all the time.
How are you doing with your goals and self image?
