Tame Your Sweet Tooth Challenge Day 9

So made the decision to go to DQ last night and have a mini salted caramel truffle blizzard with the family.
This is what I learned:
Yes, it was good. Yes, I was able to afford the calories.
No, it wasn't *that* good.
And... YIKES - 50 grams of sugar????!!!!!! 37 of those grams added sugar. 4 g of sugar = 1 tsp sugar, so over 9 tsp sugar! American Heart Association recommends no more than 6 tsp of added sugar/per day, so I went over my allotment.
This on my first day of "dialing things back". I feel okay about that as I already spent over a week dialing things back, but I don't want to repeat this for a long time.
In terms of cravings - this was a craving/decision, but I didn't have craving issues the rest of the day.
Didn't get the pantry re-organized but that's on the list for today.
Am planning to sub fruit for cravings today.
