Healthy food planning

I just got back from grocery shopping and bought a bunch of healthy stuff and avoided the unhealthy foods. My goal right now with food is to not eat between meals and have only one snack between lunch and dinner. I'm not tracking calories for now. All i want right now is to avoid binging. Eventually as i feel more confident i will not allow myself second helpings, then eventually- if i need to- track my calories.
I went on that walk yesterday and gave myself a migraine. This is why i never walk. I feel so sick afterward. I love being outdoors and hiking but it doesnt agree with me. I drank lots of water before and afterward, but maybe it wasnt enough, or maybe its just my biology or something. In the future i will try and stick to early mornings or late afternoon when its cooler and not as bright, or else just work out indoors. My kids complained the whole time anyway; haters. Lol
I'm taking a break to cool off from cleaning my car and bringing in groceries, but now its time to get them put away and make lunch.
Planning to sit on the recumbent bike and get some exercise afterward. Will post later to confirm and be accountable.
