Today I'm taking control and getting back on track.
Last week I messed up and didn't eat healthy or work out. My husband came home after being gone for 3 weeks ( over the road trucker) and I find it hard to eat healthy when he is home. It's hard to eat something healthy when he has all this juicy unhealthy food in front of you. One of my small goals is to eat better when he is home. I've got to have more self control. Then i got some bad news about my registering for classes. Financial aid dept messed up and now I have to wait another year before I can go.
So today is a new day for me and I will make the most of it. Got a plan together and even started working on a workout schedule for the rest of the month. Made arrangements to pay for spring semester for school.
Small steps to get to the end goals. Things happen for a reason. Make the best of the day.
