Wow! Two weeks in!
So today's article and focus is on adding in high protein snacks. This is something I already do when I DO snack, which is rare, because I'm feeling more satisfied and full. Even starting to leave food on my plates.
It's funny, I tried Lean Habits and it didn't work for me, but I think I'm incorporating a lot of it just by ditching the sugar.
Yesterday family came into town and we did a tour of Ann Arbor. Like most people, they wanted to see www.zingermansdeli.com/
. We went there mid-afternoon for dessert and they have two of my fave desserts of all time - their dark chocolate gelato and their chocolate pudding. Guess what I had? A double decaf espresso on ice - and I was totally fine.
I allowed myself to have fruit and greek yogurt and nuts for dinner (we had a HUGE healthy lunch earlier) and that helped me with my sugar craving.
It's all feeling SO good.
