August goals & update

Goal #1 - get back to visiting this team ( 1Day Challenge) daily - about 30-40 %, which isn't too bad.
Goal #2 - be kind to myself as I deal with headaches- this chiro did help. However, the $45 copay twice weekly was wrecking my budget. I went to 6 visits. I have postponed my orthopedic dr visit til mid Sept, but I think I will probably cancel it.
Goal #3 - Study for the CLEP exam & schedule and take it during hubby's vacation in mid September. - I am studying most days. I've went from a 32% to 57% & should finish the 3rd run thru of the study cards tonight or tomorrow. Then I will take the 2nd practice test.
I have decided to ease up on the dieting mentality right now. I am weighing each day. As long as I stay below 120, I think I will not log my food. When I reach that number, I think I will log food until I get below that number, plus maybe 5 days. I don't know, Ill have to see when it happens. I have just been looking for ways to reduce stress in my life. I have had lots of "good stress" lately & I am grateful for it! I've just not had a lot of compute time, so that is one way I thought of to reduce the stress. (Now I'm going to re-post this as a blog so I can refer back to it).
