Back at it

So today is a new day. I cheated on my meals Friday and Sunday. I didn't workout a few days. I can't let that get me down. Mistakes happen, things happen, life happens.
This weekend was a bit crazy. Friday spent the day with grandparents (who swear I don't need to lose weight. Bless them haha), cousin and aunt. We did a cookout and I ate a hamburger patty, broccoli and cauliflower, and tomatoes. Dinner wasn't so healthy though.
Saturday was errand day and cleaning day. Dishes and laundry, vacuuming, and cleaning 2 huge litter boxes. I did go walk the mall for my exercise. I also stopped by the bookstore to preorder a book and I thought about getting my pumpkin latte....but did not! That was an accomplishment because I love my coffee and specialty coffee.
Sunday I spent the day with my mom. We went to this huge book sale and got a ton of books. Then I took her out to eat. Had baked fish, broccoli, and mac and cheese. We split a strawberry cheesecake. Then we went thrift shopping. I did get my step goal I set. Did over 8,000 steps.
I need to start getting serious about my fitness. That's the hardest thing. I do ok in my eating, with the occasional mishaps.
