I have started to let things lapse a little.
I've been grabbing cookies
way too much lately and my weight has crept up a little
. Just a couple of pounds but more importantly my jeans feel a little tight and I'm uncomfortable.
I have adopted some good activity habits including getting a strength coach
and trying to get 250 steps or more in as many hours as I can as well as keeping up my daily brisk walking routine
. but I know I'm going off the rails a little and it's time to buckle down and get back to doing stuff right
