Okay... on the LAST day of the Challenge!
Originally, I thought I'd go back to small amounts of sugar each day after I finished the Challenge, but I'm not planning on it - I will indulge occasionally, but I'm really feeling so much better and loving my new set of taste buds! And I'm so enjoying fruit.
When I do start indulging again, I'm going to stick with maple syrup or coconut sugar - those two seem better for me - just in terms of my own body and metabolism.
Thanks to everyone who have accompanied me on this journey. I'd highly recommend this challenge to anyone who wants to cut back.
And a Q - what other of the Spark Challenges have you found useful? I'm still limited in some exercise areas, so that's been a stumbling block as I look at some of the challenges. Any suggestions would be just great!
