Little Changes

My food is still far from good, but I'm making small changes. Picking salads over burgers, grilled over fried, chicken over steak. A friend of mine inspired me to wake up early today and exercise. I had intended to finally drag myself to the gym but I worried I wouldnt make it home to get the kids ready and to school on time. If I dont have to work tonight, I'm going to try again tomorrow morning to actually go into the gym. Emotionally, lately I have been a little down. My son has only been in school 3 days and I'm already getting calls and emails home due to his behavior. It is incredibly stressful. The exercise I've been getting is helping me cut that stress a little though. I admit I ate junk last week due to my feelings. It's slow going but I will keep it up.

    I totally know what you are going through. Went through the same thing with my son. Try your best to keep things positive with him, as for you, try some yoga. It might help keep your stress levels from going through the roof!
