My food is still far from good, but I'm making small changes. Picking salads over burgers, grilled over fried, chicken over steak. A friend of mine inspired me to wake up early today and exercise. I had intended to finally drag myself to the gym but I worried I wouldnt make it home to get the kids ready and to school on time. If I dont have to work tonight, I'm going to try again tomorrow morning to actually go into the gym.
Emotionally, lately I have been a little down. My son has only been in school 3 days and I'm already getting calls and emails home due to his behavior. It is incredibly stressful. The exercise I've been getting is helping me cut that stress a little though. I admit I ate junk last week due to my feelings. It's slow going but I will keep it up.
