You want results? Then train like it!

That's the title of my page and, yet, I haven't had results because I have NOT been training to my full ability. Or my half ability.....
Recently, I joined not one, but THREE new healthy accountability groups. I still have nothing to show for it. I gained 1.5# in 8 weeks in my Summer challenge group. I made ONE meal off the week long menu challenge (you only choose one per day). I posted to my FB group three(?) times. My most successful group has been my "FitRunner" group on FB and that's only because I hate to lose "points". We're doing a scavenger hunt and it's made me almost obsessive to find the things on my list BUT it does mean that I'm going out walking more than usual. With only 8 days left in the month, I have just as many things to find. Should be easy if I can just find a political sign. (easy in the US, not so much on this side of the border).
I have an official (RE)start date of August 28th. My weeks run better when they go Sunday to Saturday. I've mapped out my day as best I can and I'll follow it as best I can. For accountability, I want to do my 10 km run, bike to/from the run and hit my water/freggies goal.I know that these are little steps but it's usually the little things that make the biggest differences.
now, if only I could get my family on board......

    Good for you for being able to identify where you are struggling. I hope you are able to get back on track soon. I was wondering about the "found" pictures I was seeing. lol.
