my walk helped me today

yesterday I was so crabby. Crazy crabby. So I took a 3 mile walk last night at a leisurely 19 MPH stroll. I felt incredibly better when I was done. Then I thought about it. If I get myself going in the morning I can start my day off feeling better with more patience for my kids that I watch.
I put my clothes out before I went to bed. I got 8.5 hours of sleep last night. I got up and got moving at 6;30 am and did a quick 2 mile walk. I felt great. Thank God I did it because my daughter called me up freaking out. OMG. She was just irrational and I was able to give her a few suggestions and then she actually laughed at herself.
I felt like my calmness from my walk helped me be a better me today.
