Fit and Fiber Full Challenge Day 4

Okay, so I'm not going to do the challenge task today. Hahahahahaha! I got 50, count 'em 50, grams of fiber yesterday - um.... TOO much. And yeah, I'm feeling it.
So... going to dial it back today.
Today's challenge is a fiber full breakfast - getting 15 g before noon. I think... not.
Do any of you go overboard on fiber, water, exercise, HEALTHY things that can turn not-so-healthy if you overdo?
