Still Undertall (Missing but NOT Quitting! Hello 5% WL Fall Challenge!)

Since my laptop "accident" (see previous blog) I have been somewhat challenged when it comes to posting on all my Spark Teams. I use our "old" laptop and my Kindle Fire for posting when necessary but the old laptop is finicky and the Kindle keyboard is frustrating to use in longer posts. Fortunately, I finally found a source for the new hinges I need and I'm hoping the repair will be completed sometime next week.
I've also been MIA from SparkPeople since my course to become a Health Coach started in July. (Less time for Sparking!) I'm loving every minute of my course work, but until I earn my Certification, my Sparking time is reduced. I continue to log in every day and log my food, water and exercise time, but my posting has been very limited.
It's "sign up" time for the 5% Fall Weight Loss Challenge, and although my social posting will be limited, I'm all in for the Challenge! The 5% Weight Loss Challenges keep me on the road to weight loss and improved fitness success. I'd feel lost without them!!!

There is so much support, motivation and encouragement to find on the teams. I've been a Champion in the Kitchen since the 2015 Spring Challenge, and have made many,many friends. Sometimes the quest to lose weight can be a very lonely journey. Having an entire team of supporters on your side can make the journey easier and even fun.
