Fit and Fiber Full Challenge Day 6

Oops.... missed yesterday. The last couple of days have been challenging in a variety of ways.
I ate too much sugar yesterday and the day before and last night and today my body was screaming. So... think I've completely established that YES, sugar is a trigger for flare-ups.
Also, DS dislocated his shoulder last night, so we were in the ER until late. Second time he's done this. And he's supposed to be moving this week, and we're supposed to have a house guest and he can't drive for at least three weeks.
So... yeah. But back on track today and feeling better bit by bit and grateful for the learning.
On the challenge today we were supposed to read about heart healthy habits. I pretty much do everything on the list, so it wasn't hard to incorporate something.
