Fit and Fiber Full Challenge Day 7

Today's challenge is drinking at least 8 cups of water. Haven't had breakfast yet and already had two, so I think I'll be fine. At this point, the only things I drink (except on very rare occasions) are water, sparkling water or coffee. I LIKE feeling hydrated!

What about you? Where are your challenges with this?

    I drink a ton of water , distilled and I like to add fresh lemon cucumbers and fresh mint to water . My challenge when I first began drinking 17 oz of water a day was knowing where to find all the public privies while out ! I also noticed that when I began riding my bike , I drank more water and P'd less ?
