those pesky calories

I'm a calorie hoarder, trying to save up my calories for all the really tasty things that come at night.
Under Dr guidance, i'm trying to stick to 1400-1500 cals... which is about 200 higher than my previous aspiration.
SO do i add the 200 cals throughout breakfast and lunch? oh no, i'm hoarding them. which means my secret plan is to not admit that what i really want is dessert. 200 cals is a decent serving of ice cream.

200 calories must be spent more wisely. on protein (yes, i KNOW ice cream has protein!!), on good healthy carbs (ditto)...
must pre-plan this eating thing before i sabotage myself for real.
