Work got the better of me this week but still got in some exercise and weight training. Ate a little over my goals and that is okay. Going to keep tracking my food and fitness every day and keep moving. Even if it's a holiday weekend and I'm sucking down beer like blood to a starved vampire! LOLZ! All of those little alcohol infused calories will be logged!
Lost 4 pounds this week already and probably part of that is water weight, but I'll take it! Tuesday I will probably be back to where I started due to the typical "it's-a-holiday-weekend-so-eat
-and-drink-everything" mentality. But I will keep on trucking and logging... onward MUSH!!!
