Today was definitely not stellar.
I had three servings of fruit but no vegetables at all.
The only way I'll make my water goal is if I have one more before bedtime but I'm afraid I'll just make my sleep pattern weird from all the bathroom breaks in the middle of the night. So here I sit debating, a solid 7 hours or a goal met. (I'm probably going to drink the Water)
But probably the worst was that I went to GoodLife for BodyPump and fount out that they were doing Step. I bailed. I'm not overly coordinated but I could've done other stuff. Nope. My friend said, "let's go for coffee" and I ran outta there like I was on fire.
On the plus side, I did NOT overeat at the football game. I ran up and down the stairs on at least two occasions without getting winded(we were row 45....that's a lot of stairs). I've got tomorrow planned out. Annnnd, it's Roo's first day of school. Going to be an emotional one, for sure.
